One of Valerie Adams achievements was winning a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games in 2006. She won another gold medal at the 2010 Commonwealth Games. In Beijing Valerie won another gold medal in the 2008 Games. At the Melbourne Games she was shot putting at 19.66 m! In the Beijing Games, she threw a shot put at 20.56 m!
